Remote Support

Before you start: RustDesk must not already be installed. If any version of RustDesk is installed on this computer, uninstall it first (Settings → Apps → RustDesk → Uninstall) and restart the computer. An existing installation overrides the settings inside our program, and the connection will not reach us. Our file must be the only one on the machine.

How it works

  1. Download the file and run it (double-click). Nothing is installed — once you close the window, the program is gone.
  2. The window shows your ID and a password.
  3. Give us both by phone or e-mail. We connect, and you watch everything happen on your own screen.
Windows may show a warning („Windows protected your PC“). This is normal for programs without a paid signature — click More info, then Run anyway.
You stay in control. Nobody can connect unless you read out the ID and password yourself, and you can end the session at any moment by closing the window.
